High-Precision Capabilities & Equipment List

Although we operate a compact, highly specialized flexible manufacturing workshop, we enforce rigorous internal production discipline. Rather than relying on paperwork for appearance, our technicians focus on practical shop-floor inspections to ensure every component leaving our facility is ready for accurate assembly.

• IQC (Incoming Quality Control): Before steel or copper strip is fed into the press, we verify material thickness and hardness and compare the results with the original mill certificate, preventing defective material from entering production.
• IPQC (In-Process Quality Control): After dies and tooling are installed, we carry out a strict first-article inspection. During production, experienced operators perform hourly checks with calipers and micrometers to keep stamping and machining tolerances within ±0.02 mm.
• FQC (Final Quality Control): Before export packing, we conduct 100% physical fit checks and dedicated gauge testing using customer-supplied mating parts or standard gauges, ensuring smooth assembly on the customer’s production line without binding or interference.
