Six Steps to Custom Metal Parts
From drawing review and sample approval to volume production and outgoing inspection, we confirm critical requirements at every stage to reduce rework and delivery variation.
Submit Drawings or Samples
Provide STEP, IGES, DXF, DWG, or PDF drawings, or physical samples, together with material, quantity, tolerance, finish, and target delivery requirements.
DFM Review and Quotation
Our engineers review the design, process route, tooling plan, and quality requirements. When information is complete, initial feedback is normally provided within 24 hours.
Tooling and Rapid Prototyping
After quotation approval, we proceed with die design, tooling preparation, or sample manufacture and define the prototype plan according to project complexity.
Sample Inspection and Approval
We inspect critical dimensions, appearance, and assembly performance, submit samples and required inspection records, and complete revisions based on feedback.
Volume Production and Process Control
After sample approval, we schedule volume production and inspect materials, first articles, and critical operations to maintain batch consistency.
Outgoing Inspection and Delivery
We complete outgoing inspection, packaging, and labeling to the approved standard, then arrange domestic or international delivery according to the order.
